We're looking for performers for the "Franklin County's Got Talent" competition at the 2014 Franklin County Fair. What's your talent? Singing, dancing, magic, juggling...? Whatever it is, submit a video and you could be on your way to winning cash prizes at the Franklin County Fair!
There are two age groups you can compete in. Thirteen and under, or fourteen and over.
You do not need to be a Franklin County resident to enter.
THIS PAGE IS FOR ENTRIES IN THE 14 AND OVER GROUP. If you are 13 or younger, please go back to the station website page and click on the appropriate link.
You may submit a video of your talent through 11:59pm, August 18th, 2014. After August 18th, listeners of WHAI and WPVQ will vote for their favorites. The top ten vote-getters in each category will be invited to perform at the 2014 Franklin County Fair in the "Franklin County's Got Talent" show, competing for a $400 first place prize, $250 second place prize, and a $100 third place prize. However, a maximum of 6 singers/bands will be selected to perform in each age group. The rest of the top 10, if necessary, will come from the top vote-getters in non-singing entries.
Singers may bring a CD as background music for their performance. (Like a karaoke CD)
A panel of judges will score each performance at the fair, and the top scorers will win the prizes.
